While the number of verses devoted to introducing the Almighty God in the first sura of the revelation descended to the earth is five, and the number of verses devoted to introducing human beings is three, the number of verses devoted to describing Abu Jahl, the boss of polytheism, is eleven. With a shocking indication, it was emphasized that those who are the head of shirk and ultimately shirk, including the existence and oneness of Allah, must be recognized first of all. Because, without recognizing shirk and shirk, the message of the Qur’an, including its parts about the existence of Allah, cannot be recognized.
The war of the Qur’an is with polytheism, not with atheism or other religions. Where there is no shirk, the Qur’an does not enter into a religious war. The Qur’an is fighting in two places: 1. General war, 2. Religious war. Both of them are against oppression. Islam does not fight with any religion or belief. The only exception is shirk.
